I am so thrilled to share that my Oscars-inspired glam bridal shoot has been published on Burnett’s Boards! This is one of my favorite shoots and also one of the most seamlessly-executed as well. The idea came from my love of the Academy Awards, which was my favorite awards show to watch as a kid. I would chart my predictions and research which movies I thought would win. When the show would come on, I would keep an overly-detailed journal of who won, who presented the award, and even which commercials came on during the breaks. Needless to say, I was kind of a lonely nerd kid. :)
This year, I decided to take it up a notch and do more than just make my Oscar picks. I asked a group of insanely talented Denver wedding vendors to join this shoot at a moment’s notice. Despite only having about two weeks to plan this shoot and coordinate it, everyone crafted their amazing contributions in time and the shoot day was so incredibly smooth-running.
The word “proud” definitely comes to mind when I see this shoot on a blog as prestigious as Burnett’s Boards, but it doesn’t do justice for how much love I feel for this creative endeavor.
